Do you know exactly what you would like? Yet you don't know where to find it. You have shopped and shopped. Several jewelers have tried to sell you something different. Maybe you have found something close, just not right. Possibly you have found it but the price is not acceptable.
You are pretty sure you want a nice pendant (bracelet, ring, necklace, earrings, watch) yet you can't quite see it in your mind's eye. However, you are sure you will know when you finally do see it. Spending the time to endlessly search is not your idea of fun.
You like nice jewelry. Yet you have not found the jeweler who you want to call your jeweler. It isn't that you want to be patronized, coddled. That costs extra, and takes too much time. This is what we do. We are your personal jewelry shopper. We do not carry an inventory. We would be obligated to sell you what we own. Our business is made to order, custom, and brokering of jewelry basics. Since 1994 we have worked with insurance companies valuing and replacing jewelry for their policyholders. Whatever they lost, we have to find it or make it. They do not want something kind of similar, it has to be the same or acceptably close. Locating an item of jewelry for an insurance replacement is really the same process as finding a piece of jewelry for a client as their personal jewelry shopper. We have done it, thousands of times.
If you know what you want, tell us and we will find it. If you just have an idea, we will help refine that idea until we come up with a winner. Either way, we do the work. You save time.

We work on tight margins. Insurance companies replace a lot of jewelry and expect consistently good prices. We have been successfully working at their low price structure for years. Doing it for you is no big deal. We do not guarantee the lowest price but we do guarantee a consistently good price along with good quality and good service.
