If, you have lost, stolen, or damaged jewelry your insurance company may help pay to repair/replace it. As insurance replacement specialists, we understand how insurance companies settle claims.

If there is coverage, your insurance company's responsibility is to replace/repair your jewelry or pay you what it would cost them. We will work with you to determine exactly what you had and what it will cost to repair or replace it. Once this replacement cost has been determined your insurance company will generally allow us to replace/repair this item, or, apply this amount toward something entirely different.

Tell us about what you would like. It can be the same item, or completely different. As your personal jewelry shopper we will assist you in determining exactly what you want. We will either locate the manufacturer or we will make it for you.

All jewelry is guaranteed both for its quality and for workmanship. You are welcome to take it to an independent appraiser. If it is not as stated, we will make it right or take it back.
